The Role

We are looking for an experienced fence installer who can run jobs, lead a crew, and get work done without constant supervision. This is not a helper position.

Responsibilities

Lead fence installations from start to finish
Manage 1–2 helpers on site
Read layouts and ensure jobs are installed correct
Communicate with customers when needed
Keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule

What Success Looks Like

Jobs completed on time with high quality
Minimal callbacks or rework
Crew stays productive throughout the day
Problems are solved in the field without delays

Requirements

Experience installing fence (wood, vinyl, aluminum, etc.)
Ability to lead and manage a small crew
Reliable transportation
Shows up on time and ready to work
Takes pride in doing the job right

Compensation

$22–30/hour depending on experience
Opportunity for per-job / production-based pay
Steady work—no layoffs when you perform
