We’re excited to grow our team and have a full-time opening for an LPN at Promise Care in Nixa, MO. This role focuses on delivering quality resident care by ensuring safety and meeting the physical, emotional, spiritual, and medical needs of residents with strong leadership and excellent customer service. The LPN coordinates health care needs, evaluates and enhances program services, and delivers top-notch care through the nursing process while following state laws, regulations, and the community’s philosophy. Responsibilities stay within the state’s Scope of Practice and meet all federal and state standards. The role includes offering personal care, support, supervision, and evaluation to residents, enriching their lives by addressing their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social well-being.  


Essential functions include preparing and administering medications per infection control and safety guidelines, documenting accurately in resident charts, receiving and processing physician orders, managing new admissions and discharges, making rounds to ensure safety and needs are met, and monitoring and recording vital signs.
