Kittle’s Furniture – recognized as a “Top workplace” in Indiana – is looking for driven, ambitious, and enthusiastic drivers to join our growing delivery team at our Noblesville Distribution Center. Our drivers must have a For Hire endorsement (or higher) on their license.
About The Job
You’ll join a team of Delivery Drivers and Helpers who pride themselves on excellent service to our customers while delivering their beautiful furniture. On top of a competitive hourly pay, you’ll reap medical and wellness benefits along with 401K and a great employee discount on our fine furniture. You are also eligible for a $1000 Sign on bonus, as well as other monthly bonuses.
About You
- Communicating isn’t just a skill, it’s one of your strongest qualities.
- You can do Lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying furniture 75 lbs or more.
- Your driving skills allow you to drive our delivery trucks throughout Indiana and to our stores.
- You thrive in a consistent and organized environment, and desire to be part of a cutting-edge delivery team.
- You have some experience in driving (preferably a straight truck or larger commercial motor vehicle) and you have the minimum requirement of a For-Hire endorsement on your license or a higher CDL.
- You’re not satisfied with just base pay and want to challenge yourself with incentives that include a delivery bonus & excellent attendance bonus.
