Do you love bringing order to chaos, supporting sales goals, and making things happen with style and efficiency? We’re looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our team and be the right hand to our sales pros. From prepping proposals to juggling calendars, you’ll help keep our sales efforts running like a well-oiled (and well-organized!) machine. What You’ll Do: Provide administrative support to the Sales Team and Director of Sales Prepare and process contracts, proposals, group resumes, and event documentation Manage internal files, reports, and client databases Coordinate client site visits, appointments, and follow-ups Maintain and track sales leads, reports, and revenue data Assist with sales-related events, promotions, and mailers Answer client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless service  What You Bring: Prior administrative or sales support experience preferred (hospitality experience is a big plus!)
