About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial General Cleaner to join our team in Nolensville. In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining a clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment for our facility. This is a consistent Monday–Friday evening full-time position, perfect for anyone looking for stable hours and structured work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general facility cleaning and routine maintenance duties as assigned.
- Dust surfaces, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
- Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms and breakrooms.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and supervisor instructions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1 year of professional cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout shift.
- Background & Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable performing active physical tasks continuously during shifts.
