COMPENSATION & BONUSES

Competitive pay: $55 - $63 per massage and TIPS paid same day
Earning potential $63.71 per service (just 6 services a day to reach six figures on a 5 day week!)
Sign-on & referral bonus: Up to $2,000 (Additional information below)
Retention bonus: Up to $2,000 for 1-year of service as a full-time employee
Monthly performance bonuses: Based on prebooking and upgrades

We celebrate your journey with us: full-time MTs can earn up to $2,000 in bonuses, paid out as you hit key milestones
Refer an MT, earn alongside them: When you refer a candidate who's hired, the bonus is split evenly between the referring party and the new MT, both earn as the new therapist hits each milestone.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Tennessee Massage Therapist License and current massage therapy liability insurance
Knowledgeable in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and basic modalities
Passion for wellness, client relationships, and community
If you are newly licensed graduate from a massage therapist program, we have amazing Lead Massage Therapists who are ready to take you under their wing!
