Join Brightree to modernize how HME providers run resupplyĀ atĀ scale. As aĀ Sr.Ā Technical Product Manager (TPM) on SNAP Resupply,Ā you’llĀ turn product strategy into shipped capabilities that reduce touches per orderĀ and shorten cycle time from patient intent to fulfillment readiness.Ā You’llĀ own the work that moves the numbersĀ automation rate, exception rateĀ by delivering resilient, auditable workflows that customers love.Ā You’llĀ partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Compliance, Services, and Customers to define problems, write crisp requirements,Ā workflowĀ delivery, and prove impact with data.Ā 

WhatĀ you’llĀ ownĀ Ā 

  • Outcomes:Ā Set and hit targets for automation rate, first-pass clean orders, touches per order, and cycle time; maintain KPI dashboards and drive post-launch reviews.Ā 

  • Backlog & releases:Ā Run refinement, sprint planning, and releases; create clear user stories & acceptance criteria,Ā workflowĀ diagrams, and rollouts with feature flags/guardrails.Ā 

  • Discovery:Ā Interview provider staff and ops leaders, map journeys (eligibility → documentation completeness → order orchestration → fulfillment readiness), run usability tests, and analyze funnels to prioritize the next 10% lift.Ā 

  • Quality & compliance:Ā Meet HIPAA requirements,Ā maintainĀ audit trails for automated decisions, and drive accessibility andĀ reliabilityĀ with Engineering.Ā 

  • Operational readiness. Partner with Services/Support on runbooks, enablement, and release notes so customers and field teams adopt changes smoothly.Ā 

  • Drive cross-team delivery with urgency and clear ownership.Ā 

QualificationsĀ 

  • 5+ years as a PM/PO/TPM shipping B2B SaaS (web/mobile) with a strong deliveryĀ track record.Ā 

  • Proven ability toĀ writeĀ requirements,Ā workflowĀ diagrams, and acceptance criteria that de-risk builds.Ā 

  • Analytics fluencyĀ and hands-on experimentation experience (A/B, flags).Ā 

  • Excellent collaboration with Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, and Customer teams; crisp, executive-ready communication.Ā 

  • Familiar with healthcare IT concepts (HIPAA/BAA, auditability), as well as CRM workflowsĀ 

  • SQLĀ proficiencyĀ 

  • Code literacy (strongly preferred): can read and discuss code atĀ a high levelĀ Ā 

  • Evidence of being anĀ AIĀ 1stĀ TechnicalĀ Product ManagerĀ Ā 

  • Work with other Product Managers and TPMs in the BrightreeĀ andĀ ResmedĀ organization.Ā 

  • Responsible for story reviews, work closely with engineering team to define sprint work.Ā 

  • Consider adding troubleshooting issues as part of the Support process.Ā 

  • Successful beta test scripts andĀ participateĀ in Launch Process.Ā 

ToolsĀ you’llĀ touchĀ 

Jira, Figma, Snowflake/SQL, Pendo (or similar), Postman/Swagger, feature flagging, logging/monitoring toolsĀ
