Forklift Operator – Cold Storage

Pay: $18.70-$22/hr (based on experience)+ $2/hr freezer incentive
Shift: 7am / Monday-Friday
Location: Norcross, GA

The Role

This position works primarily in a freezer environment operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to support order fulfillment and inventory movement. Ideal candidates are comfortable working in cold temperatures and have strong equipment operating experience.

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts in freezer storage environments
• Load, unload, move, and stack pallets safely and efficiently
• Support picking, staging, and replenishment of customer orders
• Receive, stock, and rotate inventory using FIFO practices
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
• Maintain organized storage areas and accurate inventory counts
• Follow all safety procedures and company SOPs
• Work closely with warehouse and office teams to meet daily shipping goals

What You Need

• Prior forklift operating experience required (certification preferred)
• Ability and willingness to work in sub-zero freezer temperatures for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Previous warehouse, freezer, food distribution, or cold-storage experience preferred
• Reliability and teamwork in a physical work environment
