Lead Data Analyst - Vendor Success
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Vendor Success Specialist within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business on our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will assist with vendor master data management including data gathering, analysis, and presentation to internal stakeholders along with management of master vendor data. You will also contribute to and support our matching and card retention initiatives. This is a critical role that supports both revenue and sales and requires someone who can excel as an individual contributor, has great customer-relationship skills, and a passion for understanding our business and continuous improvement mentality.

As a Lead Data Analyst you will be expected to work in an office environment or hybrid work role. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Â
- Assigned workspace in Richmond, VA, Peachtree Corners, GA, Brentwood, TN, or Beaverton, OR Hybrid
- Company-issued equipment + remote access
You will be successful in this role if:
- You have experience in maintaining vendor data.
- You are a strong individual contributor who can work well within a team on both daily tasks and special projects and can help to lead other team members through complex projects.
- You have experience with Excel, and a desire to learn additional technical skills (i.e., SQL, Power Automate, etc.)
- You have experience working directly with and reporting to business stakeholders to track and enable business value.
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Manage master vendor data
- Matching and merging vendor records
- Work closely with the team to monitor key vendor data updates, and produce periodic reports
- Contribute to card retention initiatives
- Contribute to completion of additional special projects and initiatives as assigned
Education & Experience
- At least 6 months of experience with vendor data analysis
- Previous experience in payment processing and/or enrollment interactions with vendors
- Ability to identify patterns and trends
- Experience translating operational needs into technical requirements

- Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, financial math, statistics, and their applications.Â
- Technology— Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and data driven tools. Ability to learn Corpay’s systems and software. Use of proprietary database products, fax and phone systems.Â

- Normal office working conditions. Work requires regular sitting/standing at a desk, working with a computer and a telephone. Job may require hours that exceed 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week during peak periods.
