Non CDL Box Truck Driver

Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible delivery driver to distribute products to our customers. You will represent the company in a professional manner aiming for 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Transportation of Virtucom goods/orders safely and efficiently
• Loading of vehicles from Virtucom Facilities and unloading of vehicles at the destination(s)
• Driving of various vehicle sizes from small vans to no bigger than 26ft box trucks.
• Pick up and deliver to customers located throughout the states Virtucom
• Be customer service oriented and have a high level of professional integrity
• Fully understanding the operation of every vehicle in the fleet
• Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
• Follow company Fleet Policy for proper care both inside and out
• Follow instructions set forth by the fleet manager and the services manager of the account you are going to
• Assist in warehouse & production duties when not scheduled for driving
• Keeping up with all gas receipts for monthly audits

Requirements

• Must be able to drive up to a 26ft box truck (CDL preferred but not required)
• Must possess a current, valid driver's license and provide an MVR report (required)
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to operate a hand truck and pallet jack
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Standard work hours are 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
• Must be available for overtime as needed; overtime pay provided where applicable
• Flexibility required for occasional schedule changes — some deliveries may require early morning or late evening shifts for a temporary duration based on customer needs
• Must be willing and able to travel overnight when required with advance notice.
