Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for children, adolescents, and young adults
- Promote oral health and preventive care through patient and parent education
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases and dental conditions
- Develop and present individualized treatment plans
- Review treatment options and recommendations with parents and guardians
- Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
- Interpret X-rays and diagnostic findings
- Deliver high-quality restorative and preventive dental treatment
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient care
- Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry, technology, and clinical best practices
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA CODA-accredited dental school
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
- Active Georgia dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate patient care
- Spanish bilingual skills are strongly preferred
