The Opportunity: Plumber - Residential Service

Bardi Home Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Salesperson to produce effective sales presentations around our customers' plumbing, sewer, drainage etc. needs, with the goal of gaining new business for the company. Help lead your clients to informed and confident buying decisions with a focus on service and value. Join our team and become a 5-star rated Salesperson.

The Responsibilities:

• Follow our service system and educate the customer on products and services
• Meet and exceed key performance requirements
• Estimate and create proposals
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
• Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
• Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees

The Qualifications:

• Proven plumbing knowledge, with the desire to increase your plumbing and sales knowledge and skillset.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Excellent relationship and trust building skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software - ServiceTitan experience a plus.
• An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 – $250,000 per year
