  • Represent TruBlue as a professional, empathetic, and trustworthy home service ally - the face of our premium quality brand in our community.
  • Build Relationships throughout the community.
  • Educating and Promoting Brand Awareness.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations highlighting TruBlue’s services' value proposition. Whether that may be in a client’s home during an estimate or presenting at a local business organization.
  • Deliver reliable and respectful service to families and individuals.
  • Meeting Target Sales Goals.
Who You Are 
  • Strong background in sales.
  • Self motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • High EQ with a Passion for Public Speaking & Customer Service.
  • Committed to quality, safety, and doing the job right.
  • Reliable, courteous, and respectful in every interaction.
  • Comfortable working independently and within a team.
  • Qualified candidates will need a driver’s license, a reliable customer-facing vehicle.
  • Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
