At Tnemec, our Warehouse Technicians are essential to keeping operations running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to make an impact, we want you on our team! What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Technician, you’ll prepare, package, and stage customer orders with precision and care. Your day might include: Reviewing pick tickets and accurately pulling orders from storage locations Repackaging and labeling products for shipment, including hazmat items when required Using Oracle and other software to generate Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, and Shipping Labels Organizing orders on skids, securely wrapping pallets, and moving them with a forklift to staging areas Fulfilling an average of 10–12 orders per day (15–20 during peak season) Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area while supporting your teammates What You Bring Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Comfort using warehouse software and basic computer tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Certified Forklift Operator (required) A team-player attitude and commitment to getting the job done right Tools You’ll Use Forklifts, pallet jacks, and wrapping machines Computers and inventory software, including Oracle Scales, hi-loaders, and dollies Physical Requirements Continuous standing or walking (up to 6 hours/day) Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling (up to 100 lbs) Bending, twisting, and repetitive motion Exposure to temperatures up to 105°F during summer months Who You’ll Work With Warehouse personnel Office staff Occasionally, our valued customers QualificationsQualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) Certified Forklift Operator Previous warehouse experience is a plus Safety First Tnemec provides comprehensive training in all hazardous, safety, and environmental procedures to ensure our employees are safe, informed, and ready to succeed.   Why Tnemec?
