At our new, state-of-the-art warehouse in Norcross, Georgia, the Parts Distribution Centers (PDC) play a crucial role in housing, picking, and delivering genuine Toyota parts to 177 dealerships across the Southeast.   

 

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in a fast-paced environment focused on de-vanning, receiving, picking, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts. The ideal candidate will inspire action, foster associate engagement, and drive performance while maintaining a high standard of quality and operational efficiency. This leadership role is integral to the success of daily operations, and you will be pivotal in developing and guiding a motivated, efficient team.  

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and lead a team of up to 20 associates in support of day-to-day warehouse operations. Foster a positive and productive work environment while driving high performance.  

  • Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing coaching to associates through development discussions, utilizing the Individual Development Planning process to enhance skills and maximize productivity. 

  • Operational Efficiency: Partner with the Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Managers (AOMs), and other Supervisors to ensure daily production and quality goals are met. 

  • Accountability: Hold associates accountable by providing timely, actionable feedback—both positive and corrective. Ensure performance expectations are clear and understood.  

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to drive decisions that improve team performance and operational outcomes.  

  • Collaborative Culture: Contribute to maintaining a collaborative and inclusive work culture, ensuring that associates feel valued and empowered to succeed.  

  • Continuous Improvement: Champion Hoshin goals and work with leadership to continuously improve processes and drive customer-focused solutions.  

 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management. 

  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in distribution or manufacturing with a bachelor’s degree, or 5 years of experience without a degree. 

  • 2+ years of experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management System. 

  • Proven track record of maximizing individual contributions and driving team performance. 

  • Previous supervisory experience with responsibility for coaching and performance management preferred. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) is a plus. 

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is preferred. 

  • Willingness to work non‑traditional hours. Our warehouse operates 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. Shift schedules rotate annually and may include:  

Sunday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 

Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM 

Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
