Position Summary

The Program Manager leads cross‑functional programs spanning multiple projects, clients, and regions. The role ensures alignment to business objectives, manages interdependencies, and delivers measurable outcomes on scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish program governance, charters, and KPIs; align scope, budget, and schedules across workstreams.
  • Coordinate resources across Engineering, Field Services, Manufacturing, and OT/Cyber; manage critical path.
  • Own financial performance (forecasting, margin, cash flow); manage contracts, change orders, and risks.
  • Report status to leadership and clients; lead steering meetings and decision forums.
  • Institutionalize lessons learned and standardize processes for repeatability and scale.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in project/program management with large, multi‑site utility/industrial programs.
  • Demonstrated leadership managing cross‑functional teams and complex stakeholder landscapes.
  • Strong financial acumen, contract/change management, and executive communication skills.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field required; PMP/PgMP strongly preferred.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Primarily office/remote environment with travel to facilities, project sites, and client/vendor meetings as needed.
