SNAP is Brightree’s resupply automation platform for scale HME providers. As Director of Product Management for SNAP, you will lead the development and lifecycle management of the SNAP product line. You act as the bridge between customers, service teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative,Ā viable, scalable, and user-centric products. You are fully accountable for the product direction in this domain and for turning strategy into measurable results. You ensure our dedicated, multidisciplinary Product Teams are autonomous to deliver and accountable to outcomesĀ enabling cross-team collaboration on implementation, driving launches and user communication across the full product lifecycle, and delivering on the success metrics for your portfolio.Ā You’llĀ work horizontally across Brightree and ResMed to advance a modern, scalable, and audit-ready resupply engine.Ā

Strategy & outcomesĀ 

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for SNAP; alignĀ to commercial goals and measurable KPIs (conversion, automation rate,Ā A.I.R., etc.)Ā 

  • Drive data-driven portfolio management: cohorts, set targets, and adjust priorities by insight.Ā Ā 

Product delivery & platform modernizationĀ 

  • Lead ProductĀ Managers andĀ Technical Product ManagersĀ to ship resilient, performant capabilities (rules/workflow engines, orchestration, reliability/performance improvements).Ā 

  • Modernize forĀ scale, security, and cost efficiency; embed governance and compliance as product capabilities with clear audit evidence.Ā Ā

Experience & adoptionĀ 

  • Advance multi-channel digital experiences that improve ordering conversion, status transparency, and exceptionĀ handling;Ā measure adoption and outcomes post-launch.Ā Ā 

  • Demonstrated experienceĀ designing forĀ scale and resilience, modernizing platforms for performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.Ā 

  • History of advancing digitalĀ experiencesĀ multiple channels, improving conversion, status transparency, and exception handling.Ā 

  • ExperienceĀ partneringĀ with Product Marketing/Sales on packaging/tiers, positioning, launches, and migrations tied to value metrics.Ā Ā

Applied analytics & AIĀ 

  • Apply analytics/AI pragmatically with human-in-the-loop guardrails; publish observable outcomes and safeguards.Ā Ā

​Qualifications:Ā 

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, BusinessĀ Administration, or related field.Ā 

  • Designs and builds for tomorrow, not today.Ā 

  • 10+ years in SaaS product managementĀ and leadership; success with automation, order management,Ā and/or supply-chain/RCM/CRMĀ adjacent platforms.Ā 

  • Healthcare/HME domain knowledge: payer/eligibility rules, documentation requirements, and compliance/audit needs.Ā 

  • Proven delivery of platform capabilities at scale (rules engines, workflow/orchestration, reliability/performance).Ā 

  • Strong PM craft (discovery, PRDs, Agile sequencing, experimentation) and cross-brand leadership across Brightree & ResMed; executive-level communication.Ā 

  • Customer-anchored:Ā solvesĀ the right problems using research and data; relentless patient/provider advocate.Ā 

  • Integrative decision-maker: balancesĀ user insight, business strategy, and technical execution.Ā 

  • Prioritizes forĀ impact:Ā makes clear, data-based tradeoffs; moves with purpose and learns fast.Ā 

  • Enterprise collaborator: aligns Product, Commercial, and Operations; communicates crisply at the executive level.Ā
