Group Exercise Instructor


We are seeking an energetic and passionate Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging fitness classes that motivate and inspire participants of all levels. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead group exercise classes according to schedule

- Motivate and encourage participants to achieve their fitness goals

- Monitor class attendance and provide feedback to improve session quality

- Maintain a clean and organized workout space

- Stay updated on current fitness trends and incorporate new techniques into classes

- Promote a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants


Skills and Qualifications:


- Proven experience leading group exercise classes

- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, safety protocols, and fitness principles

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and engage diverse groups of participants

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- First aid and CPR certification (preferred but not mandatory)
