Join Our Team as a Compliance Officer

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about maintaining integrity in the banking industry? Join our team as a Compliance Officer and play a critical role in ensuring our organization meets all regulatory and policy standards while supporting a culture of accountability and excellence. This role serves as a key liaison between departments, leadership, and regulatory entities, while also educating employees on compliance updates and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Conduct comprehensive compliance audits across all departments
Acting as the main contact during external exams
Preparing detailed reports with findings and recommendations for the Board of Directors
Collaborate with departments to implement and maintain compliance standards
Train and educate staff on updates or changes to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Report compliance violations to the CEO
Maintain accurate and up-to-date policies aligned with federal and state regulations
Resolve compliance-related issues promptly and efficiently
Ensure adherence to all bank security procedures
Assist with regulatory and compliance training initiatives

What You Bring:

Associate’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Banking, or related field
5 years or more of bank compliance experience
Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
Ability to interpret laws and communicate requirements effectively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Strong verbal, written, and public speaking skills
High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems
Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, courteous, and team-focused approach
