Job Description

  • Perform non-invasive cosmetic procedures such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and laser treatments (ex. Venus Freeze, Venus VIVA, etc.), if certified.
  • Conduct consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Recommend and educate patients on appropriate skincare products and regimens.
  • Follow up with patients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area.
  • Accurately document treatments and patient interactions in accordance with office protocols.
  • Stay informed about cosmetic procedures offered in the practice and make appropriate referrals to providers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Friendly, professional, and well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus. Sales experience in skincare products is desirable.

Job Type:

  • Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an accredited aesthetician or cosmetology program.
  • Current and valid aesthetician license in the state of practice.
  • Laser certification (required for applicable treatments and locations).
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Aesthetician in a clinical, dermatology, or medical spa setting.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality skincare services and patient education.
