Job Summary
Responsible for managing everything within the four walls for all Planet Fitness locations in a defined Planet Fitness district. District Managers will have between 4-8 locations per district, including 4-8 Club Manager direct reports.聽
Essential Duties and Responsibilities聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain outstanding and consistent customer experience throughout all Planet Fitness locations within the district.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Operational consistency amongst all clubs within the region, including but not limited to:
o 聽 Outstanding member experience聽
o 聽 Planet Fitness and Baseline Fitness brand standards
o 聽 Club cleanliness
o 聽 Policy implementation
o 聽 Weekly payroll approval
o 聽 Front desk management
o 聽 Facility maintenance and repair
o 聽 Vendor and inventory聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Responsible for hiring, coaching, developing, reviewing and potential disciplinary actions of Club Managers within district.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Develop and train staff to build a bench for the Club Manager positions.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Perform monthly club facility BER inspections and complete Club Manager monthly bonus sheets.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Effectively manage communication with all operations personnel within the district, including consistent communication with Club Managers
路聽 聽 聽 聽District PE at PF coordination and management (assist in hiring, training, and weekly planning). Track classes on a weekly basis and maintain monthly PE at PF Trainer Calls.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Responsible for ensuring 100% operations of all locations in a district which may require filling in as Club Manager in a situation where a club has no manager.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽Handle all incoming email complaints and mystery shops from district location.聽
District Manager Schedule
路聽 聽 聽 聽District manager schedules are approved by the Regional Manager monthly.
路聽 聽 聽 聽The expectation is that 70% of the District Managers time is spent in the clubs.
路聽 聽 聽 聽When not traveling or doing office work, District Managers should be working the standard Club Manager schedule in the clubs.

Minimum Qualifications
路聽 聽 聽 聽Honesty and good work ethic
路聽 聽 聽 聽High school diploma
路聽 聽 聽 聽Willingness to travel
路聽 聽 聽 聽At least 2-3 years of multi-unit experience overseeing a minimum of four locations at once.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Strong customer service skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽Basic computer proficiency
