Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet reconciliation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills supporting employees and managers
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
- Experience with reviewing, tracking, and resolving system or case management issues
- Understanding of SOX compliance procedures and data security practices
- Ability to handle and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and payroll information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines
- Experience administering employee leave programs, including FMLA and Short-Term Disability
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, preferably UKG
- Experience with case tracking and system management processes (e.g., UKG case management)
