We are eager to train the right candidate. Â In this role, you will help prospective residents find their new home while creating a welcoming and positive experience for current residents. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Showcase apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents
- Build strong relationships with current and future residents
- Assist with leasing, renewals, and resident retention
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, by phone, and online
- Support occupancy and community goals through professionalism and teamwork
