Salary: $85,000


Background check, US Citizenship, secret clearance, and a CAC are requirements for this position. 


TMMG’s scheduler will engage with stakeholders (ISIC, N44, MARMC, CNSG-ML etc..) to schedule a bi-weekly review of the IMS/Team Employment Schedule to determine if any shifts are warranted due to maintenance delays, equipment not able to meet redlines (CNSP/CNSL 3504.1C), or operational requirements. Will facilitate the meeting discussion which includes topics such as status of ships’ training cycles and any planned shipyard availabilities/CMAVs. 

Requirements

The Scheduler: will be responsible for maintaining both the short and long-term ship evaluation schedules.

-The Scheduler drafts, manages and maintains the N44 TMIT ship visit schedule, ERAT, CSRAT, ORCA to include all Readiness Evaluations and Assist Visits. 

-The scheduler is responsible for scheduling Readiness Evaluations for all Surface Force Atlantic Fleet ships in accordance with the guidelines stipulated in Chapter 6 of the Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM).

-Requires close coordination with all ships’ Operations Officers, Immediate Superior In Command (ISIC) and CNSL N3 Current Operations.

-The Scheduler shall work with ships’ Operations Officers to schedule readiness evaluations within the guidelines delineated in the SFTRM. Specific events which require scheduling for each ship include Readiness For Sea Assessment (RFSA) – if requested, READ-E 2, TYCOM Sea Trial (TST), READ-E 5, READ-E 6 and READ-E 7.

-The Scheduler assists in collecting and archiving READ-E and MI results, and populating spreadsheets for data analysis.

-The Scheduler shall publish an updated schedule on a weekly basis and note any changes from the prior week.

Education/Certification Requirements

Security Clearance: "Secret” level clearance 

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

20 years of documented hands-on operational Navy shipboard experience.

Three (3) at sea tours.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)

Strongly Desired Qualifications: 

Retired SCPO/MCPO.

Experience as TYCOM staff focusing on Pre-INSURV preparations.
