Are you a motivated, relationship‑driven professional with a passion for helping people protect what matters most? We’re looking for an Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Northeast Nebraska!

In this role, you’ll work closely with individuals and businesses to understand their needs, recommend effective insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships. If you enjoy connecting with others, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact, this position is for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Build your client base through networking, referrals, outreach, and marketing efforts
• Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and financial goals
• Present coverage options clearly and confidently
• Recommend appropriate insurance products—including life, health, auto, home, and commercial
• Support clients with applications, renewals, policy changes, and claims
• Stay current on insurance regulations, products, and trends
• Maintain accurate client information using CRM tools
• Foster strong, long‑term client relationships
• Work closely with internal teams, underwriters, and adjusters
• Represent the bank positively in the community

What You Bring:

• Strong ethical values and a commitment to confidentiality
• Valid state insurance license (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage interruptions
• Strong problem‑solving and reasoning abilities
• Proficiency with insurance software, Microsoft Office, and general technology
