WHAT YOU'LL DO Laundry Operations • Sort linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items by color, size, and fabric type • Operate commercial washers, dryers, folding equipment, and pressing machines • Fold, press, package, and prepare clean laundry for use throughout the hotel • Follow proper sanitization and laundry processing procedures • Load and unload commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently Inventory & Organization • Maintain adequate supplies of detergent, bleach, fabric softener, laundry bags, and other essentials • Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and fully operational • Assist with stocking storage rooms and linen areas • Distribute linens to designated hotel departments Guest Service Support • Deliver guest-requested items such as towels, cribs, and rollaway beds as needed • Maintain positive guest interactions and confidentiality • Respond professionally to guest concerns and requests • Support hotel operations by maintaining clean and readily available linens at all times WHY JOIN OUR TEAM? A Great Place to Work.Qualifications WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Required Qualifications • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and equipment usage • Understanding of safe chemical handling practices Preferred Qualifications • Previous laundry or housekeeping experience • Experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment • Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS • Lift and carry up to 25 pounds • Push and pull carts and equipment up to 100 pounds • Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift • Bend, reach, stretch, and perform repetitive motions • Work in varying temperatures and noise levels • Safely work around cleaning chemicals, dust, odors, and laundry equipment SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES ARE • Reliable and punctual • Detail-oriented and organized • Team-focused and cooperative • Safety-conscious • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Committed to providing exceptional guest service
