About the Role

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will support the execution and development of marketing campaigns while representing our clients and their brands in a professional manner. You’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign strategy, audience engagement, performance analysis, brand representation, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Present and promote marketing campaigns to relevant target audiences
• Communicate campaign information accurately, professionally, and ethically
• Analyze campaign performance and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
• Assist with developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
• Participate in campaign training, workshops, conferences, and professional development programs
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and client objectives
• Provide guidance and training to other team members when needed
• Serve as a professional brand ambassador representing clients and their campaigns
• Participate in daily team meetings and cross-training initiatives
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and client service

• Previous experience in marketing, advertising, sales, customer service, or communications is a plus
