Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

It offers state-of-the-art rehabilitation services tailored to meet the needs of both senior citizens and broader outpatient clientele.Typical responsibilities include managing patient caseloads upon referrals, conducting thorough assessments, creating customized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Shifts are full-time, Monday through Friday, primarily during daytime hours, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
