Safety & Regulatory Compliance Officer
Conduct facilities related audits for compliance to local, state, federal, and all accreditation requirements as related to managed facilities and suites. Provide support and oversight for essential administrative and facilities compliance activities related to state, federal, and accreditation reporting/filing requirements; as well as the maintenance/upkeep of compliance information/data.
Provides assistance and facilities expertise in internal and external audit activities, tracks and improves current processes and provides compliance training as well as provides support for any major compliance projects impacting facilities operations.
- Must have previous maintenance management program and/or, quality assurance program experience.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems is highly desired.
- Previous experience with DNV or Joint Commission environment of care requirements is highly desirable.
- Knowledgeable in electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (HVAC).
- Knowledge of acceptable general construction, repair, and/or maintenance methods. Electrical or HVAC license is a plus.

- Associate Level Degree (Required)
Certification/Licensure
- Drivers license in good standing (VA or NC) (Required)
Experience
- 3 years compliance experience strongly preferred
- 3 years Quality Improvement Required
- Associate Level Degree (Engineering related field)
