  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders and inquiries
  • Take phone and in-person orders accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare and assemble food items, including making pizzas
  • Process cash and card transactions with precision
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Adhere to company policies and food safety standards
  • Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team and business operations

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Capability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
