Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Clerk entail:

Completing credit applications
Contact trade and bank references on credit applications
Reconciling customer accounts
Completing tax forms
Answer and direct calls using the multi-line phone system as needed
Approve credit releases for customers as needed
Reconcile all invoices billed as cash or through third party vendors as needed

Requirements

Requirements to be an Accounts Receivable Clerk:

Must be at least 18 years old
High School diploma or GED required
Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 10 pounds
