About the Role: 

Circular Services is seeking a full-time Sales Coordinator to support our Procurement and Commodity Sales teams from our Bloomington, IL office. This is an administrative and customer service-focused role rather than a direct sales position. Once recycled material has been procured from a supplier and sold to an end-user, the Sales Coordinator manages the customer service and logistics process, including coordinating pickup and delivery, entering load information into our record-keeping software, and ensuring customers, suppliers, and transportation partners receive accurate information and documentation. The role also supports reporting, data entry, audits, research, and process-improvement projects that help strengthen service and operational performance.

Responsibilities: 

  • Providing front-line customer service to accounts
  • Processing service requests for pick-ups and deliveries
  • Scheduling with pick-up and delivery sites
  • Data entry in primary logistics software
  • Requesting quotes from and hiring third-party freight haulers
  • Organizing open orders, delivery appointments, requests, etc. to ensure all customers are serviced efficiently and profitably
  • Solving problems as they arise, often in urgent situations
  • Working various short- and long-term research and improvement projects as needed

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications. 
  • Dependable with consistent attendance and follow-through. 
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in urgent situations.
