Overview
The Unit Office Coordinator will provide clerical support to the staff and manager. Funcionalities of this role will include, but not limited to; payroll, filing, scheduling, supply ordering, supporting nursing staff and overseeing audits. Internal and external contact is a major component, requiring excellent customer service skills.Responsibilities
Identified potential problems, discrepancies or missing information with the surgery schedule. Validates ordering of unit supplies. Oversees unit audits, staff scheduling and payroll. Patient information management and chart preparation. Facilitates pretesting in person visits entering orders and directing workflow. Oversees surgical services audits. Answers phones and triages incoming office and patient phone calls/requests. Manages pretesting patient schedule. Supports the nursing staff when needed. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with both internal and external clients.Qualifications

Salary Range
The compensation range for this position is $16.91per hour - $27.39per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
