Responsibilities of a Parts Warehouse Supervisor entail:

Supervise and manage a team of warehouse workers
Ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped in a timely and accurate manner
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored
Ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing employees
Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the warehouse is a safe working environment
Communicate with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and accurately

Requirements

The requirements to be a Parts Warehouse Supervisor include:

Must be at least 18 years old
High School diploma or GED required
2 years of related experience preferred
Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
