In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day fulfillment activities across partner accounts, providing behind-the-scenes coordination that ensures seamless delivery. You’ll work closely with internal team members, university contacts, and brand partners to track assets, deliver campaign elements, and support gameday operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Â
Support the activation and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements across traditional, digital, and in-venue platformsÂ
Serve as a liaison between the property team, university staff, and brand partners to ensure smooth delivery of partner assetsÂ
Build and maintain strong relationships with organization partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholders—serving as a trusted and respected representative of Learfield and the propertyÂ
Track inventory and maintainaccurate records of all sponsorship elements and deliverablesÂ
Assist with gameday operations, including setup, signage placement, hospitality, and in-game promotionsÂ
Supervise gameday staff, as needed, to support on-site executionÂ
Provide proof-of-performance documentation for fulfilled partnership elementsÂ
Support administrative functions such as budget tracking, invoicing, contract documentation, and expense reportingÂ
Contribute to partner recap presentations and internal reportingÂ
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments (e.g., sales, digital, marketing) to ensure seamless executionÂ

Minimum Qualifications:Â
Some experience in marketing, partnerships, events, or a related field (internships or early career experience welcome)Â
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailÂ
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbalÂ
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and support where neededÂ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Â
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and home gamesÂ

Preferred Qualifications:Â
Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, business, communications, or a related fieldÂ
Previous experience supporting sponsorships, sports events, or gameday operationsÂ
Comfort working in live event environments and interacting with diverse stakeholders
