Crossroads Youth & Family is seeking a Prevention Coordinator for its Tecumseh Road Location in Norman. Under the supervision of the Director of Programs and Services, plans and performs prevention services that include processing referrals; individual, family and group counseling; assessments, and psycho-educational groups. Collaborates with the juvenile justice system, schools and local communities to deliver these services. Subscribes to and practices the professional ethics of his or her respective discipline.

Education/Experience:
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Human Relations, Education or related field with an emphasis in youth services required. Experience in program administration, budgeting, and statistical analysis with no less than one (1) year post bachelors in a community agency.Â
License:
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License, must be willing to use their personal vehicle and maintain acceptable liability insurance
- Â Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge:
- Must be computer literate and have accurate typing skills as well as the ability to operate a variety of office equipment;
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal and analytical skills required;
