So, what does a Service Concierge actually do? Great question! Here is a brief listing of how they prepare all cars for delivery for guest: Greets customers Maintains a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves and dirt Place mats in the car, oil change stickers, and seat covers. Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed Retrieves and delivers vehicles from property locations Takes vehicles to car wash and vacuum,  Check in and out loaner vehicles  Gas checks on all loaner cars Service area upkeep and basic maintenance Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications A quick look at a few of the qualities and characteristics we are looking for are: Friendly Great attention to detail Efficient and effective in execution of job duties Coachable Able to lift 50 lbs.
