- Answer the internal hospital emergency 88 line.
- Utilize the overhead and digital paging system.
- Perform answering service for selected physicians.
- Pager Deployment
- Process HIT basic request during on call period.
- Attend departmental meetings.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- One year customer service experience in a call center/hospital setting with basic computer skills and 30 wpm typing, preferred.
Education
- High school education or equivalent GED
