 We are hiring for Pittsfield, Lenox, Lee, Stockbridge, Dalton, Great Barringnton, North Adams, Adams, Cheshire, Williamstown, Florida and all surrounding communities.

Earn $19-$20 per hour, based on experience and assignment location.

The Difference You'll Make

You will provide one-on-one care that allows clients to continue living safely and independently at home. Every shift gives you the opportunity to make someone's day easier, safer, and brighter.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal-care routines

• Preparing meals and encouraging clients to participate when appropriate

• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance

• Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and general home tidying

• Running errands and grocery shopping

• Giving medication reminders

• Noticing and reporting changes in a client's well-being

• Acting calmly and responsibly if an emergency occurs

What You Bring

• A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• A compassionate, respectful, dependable attitude

• Good organization and time-management skills
