Scope of Position:Ā 

Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, theĀ Learning &Ā Development Specialist plays a key role in supportingĀ enterprise-wide learning initiatives, managing our Learning Management System, and coordinating with the Talent and Learning team. This role combines technical systemĀ administration,Ā content creation andĀ instructionalĀ design, andĀ coordinatingĀ trainingĀ across the organizationĀ to deliver high-quality, inclusive learning experiences for a global workforce.Ā 

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:Ā 

Ā 

  • Manage global LMS roles, permissions, audiences, configurations, and overall system performance.Ā 

  • Upload, test,Ā analyze,Ā maintain, and troubleshoot eLearning content, escalating complex issues as neededĀ and making recommendations for improvement.Ā Ā 

  • Coordinate upgrades, patches, and UAT with IT and external vendors, ensuring system stability and compliance with accessibility, security, and privacy standards.Ā 

  • Develop workflows, procedures, documentation, and system communications to support adoption and change readiness.Ā 

  • Build learning dashboards and reports, analyze dataĀ independentlyĀ toĀ identifyĀ trends and gaps, and recommend improvements.Ā 

  • Manage surveys and feedback processes to support continuous improvement of learning programs.Ā 

  • Support global leadership development programs and HR learning initiatives through planning, coordination, communication, and delivery.Ā 

  • Partner with instructional designers, SMEs, and HR stakeholders on learning pathways, certifications, and development activities.Ā 

  • Provide end‑user support and training, andĀ maintainĀ learning resources, calendars, and documentation.Ā 

  • DevelopĀ learning content such as eLearning modules, videos, job aids, and microlearning, using accessibility and inclusive design practices.Ā 

  • Support learning needs across onboarding, leadership development, and compliance training.Ā 

  • LeadĀ eventĀ logisticsĀ & scheduling, communication, and record maintenance.Ā Ā

Required QualificationsĀ 

Ā 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, InformationĀ TechnologyĀ or related field (or equivalent experience).Ā 

  • 3+Ā years of progressive HR experience working in Talent, Learning or similar.Ā 

  • Experience working in an LMS (Totara/Moodle/Workday)Ā 

  • Interest or foundational knowledgeĀ inĀ eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC,Ā xAPI).Ā 

  • Experience supporting learning programs such as onboarding, compliance, and leadership development.Ā 

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across technical and non-technical audiences.Ā 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizationĀ skills.Ā Ā 

  • Ability to handle data withĀ a high levelĀ ofĀ confidentiality.Ā Ā 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).Ā 

  • Ability to work effectively withĀ global, diverse teamsĀ and interact with all levels of the organization.Ā Ā 

  • StrongĀ focus on accessibility and learner-centered design.Ā

Preferred QualificationsĀ

  • Familiarity in authoring tools (Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Vyond).Ā 

  • Familiarity with API-based integrations and content plug-ins.Ā

Working Conditions:Ā Ā

While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You willĀ be requiredĀ to work in the office at theĀ North, Andover, MAĀ location three days per week Monday – Wednesday and can work remotely two days per week Thursday and Friday.Ā

Pay Range:Ā Ā 

The expected salary range for this position is $76,000-$84,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.Ā
