Scope of PositionĀ
The Customer Service Representative III ā Strategic ProjectsāÆis responsible forāÆthe day-to-day management of customer deliverables for large strategic accounts,āÆsuch asāÆdataāÆcentersāÆand other high-volume project customers. This role serves as the primary coordination point between customers, sales, product management, operations, and manufacturing to ensure successful execution of complex project orders.āÆĀ
The position requires advanced customer serviceāÆexpertise, strong order management skills, and the ability to manage large, project-based accounts with multiple stakeholders. The role supports project timelines, delivery coordination, issue resolution, and proactive communication to ensure customer expectations and company commitments are met.āÆĀ
This position reportsĀ intoĀ the Customer Experience Manager and is basedĀ onsiteĀ in North Andover, MA.Ā
Primary Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesĀ
Serve as the primary Customer Service point of contact for assigned strategic accounts andĀ highāvolume,Ā projectābasedĀ customers, including data centers and complex project environments.Ā
ManageĀ dayātoādayĀ customer deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines, delivery commitments, and customer expectations.Ā
CoordinateĀ crossāfunctionallyĀ with Sales, Product Management, Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure successful execution of complex project orders.Ā
Act as the central liaison between customers and internal stakeholders,Ā maintainingĀ clear, proactive, and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.Ā
ManageĀ projectābasedĀ orders from entry through delivery, including order configuration, changes, partial shipments, scheduled releases, billing, credit requests, claims, andĀ expediting.Ā
Monitor ERP systems to track order status, inventory availability, pricing, and production schedules, proactively addressing potential delivery or fulfillment issues.Ā
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations in a professional,Ā timely, and tactful manner.Ā
Track project schedules, delivery milestones, and shipments, providingĀ timelyĀ andĀ accurateĀ status updates to customers and internal teams.Ā
Create andĀ maintainĀ project trackers, service reports, and account documentation to support visibility and reporting.Ā
Support internal and customer account meetings by coordinatingĀ logistics, preparing agendas, and documenting outcomes.Ā
IdentifyĀ risks to project timelines or customer commitments and proactively communicate mitigation plans and resolution options.Ā
ProvideĀ accurateĀ informationĀ regardingĀ products, services, orders, delivery timelines, and project status.Ā
Build andĀ maintainĀ strong working relationships with strategic customers, independent agents, and internal partners.Ā
Ensure customer requirements are accurately documented, clearly understood, and metĀ in accordance withĀ company standards.Ā
Document customer interactions, order activity, and project updates accurately and consistently.Ā
IdentifyĀ opportunities to improve customer service processes, project execution, and operational efficiency.Ā
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, and perform other duties asĀ required.Ā

RequiredĀ QualificationsĀ
Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience preferredĀ
SAP S4Hana and/or QAD experienceĀ requiredĀ
Experience with order entry, order management, and expediting ordersĀ requiredĀ
Experience working with stock levels, stock location, order management, and price/availability checks or similarĀ
Experience supporting large customer accounts or project-based ordersĀ Ā
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and recommend solutionsĀ
Capable of meeting deadlines and managing a heavy workloadĀ
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Ā
Excellent customer service skillsĀ
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across multiple departmentsĀ
Detail oriented and works with aĀ high degreeĀ of accuracyĀ
Ability to tactfully handle stressful andĀ difficult situationsĀ with customersĀ Ā
Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointĀ

Working Conditions:Ā Ā
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You willĀ be requiredĀ to work in the office at the North Andover location three days per week (Monday ā Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).Ā

Pay Range:Ā Ā
The expectedĀ hourlyĀ range for this position isĀ $25.75 - $27.90 hourly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable law.Ā Ā
