NETTTS (New England Tractor Trailer Training School) is hiring experienced HVAC/R Technicians to become HVAC Instructors at our North Andover, MA campus. If you're ready for more stability, less physical strain, and the chance to help others launch their careers, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach hands-on and classroom-based sessions in the HVAC/R Technician program

• Demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards

• Evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance

• Maintain equipment and support a safe, clean training space

• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow instructors

What You’ll Need:

• At least 3 years of HVAC/R experience 

• Strong communication skills and a desire to mentor others

• Dependability, professionalism, and patience

• A genuine interest in helping students succeed in the trades
