About the Role
As part of our strategic growth plans in the United States, Emerald Clinical Trials is building a network of experienced Clinical Leads / Clinical Trial Managers for upcoming opportunities.

This home-based position offers the opportunity to oversee global and regional clinical studies, with a strong preference for candidates who bring experience within renal, oncology, cardiometabolic & autoimmune diseases.
Your Responsibilities
Manage operational aspects of clinical trials from initiation through completion.
Oversee sites and CRA performance.
Monitor timelines, study metrics, and recruitment performance.
Lead investigator and sponsor interactions.
Coordinate study teams and cross-functional activities.
Support vendor oversight and issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with FDA requirements, GCP, and company SOPs.
Contribute to project planning and study execution strategies.
About You
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Lead or equivalent.
Strong operational knowledge of site management and monitoring.
Excellent understanding of FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
Ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly preferred.
Willingness to travel when required.
