Join Our Team – Shipping & Receiving/Delivery Driver

Are you someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in organization, and likes being an essential part of a fast-moving team?  We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving/Delivery Driver to help keep our operations running smoothly every day.

In this role, you won’t just move products, you’ll help deliver experiences, support customers, and play a key role in the workflow that keeps our company moving forward.  From preparing shipments, to receiving in items, and making local deliveries to maintaining warehouse organization and collaborating across departments, your work will directly impact the success of our team and customers.

Important Info:

• Location: On-Site | Ashworth Awards | North Attleboro, MA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (5.5 hours/day, 30-minute lunch)
• Reports To: Business Operations Supervisor

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and complete deliveries and pickups
• Prepare and organize shipments accurately and efficiently
• Load, unload, and secure materials safely
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Maintain shipping records, labels, and documentation
• Keep the warehouse and delivery vehicles clean and organized
• Work closely with production and logistics teams to support daily operations
• Help maintain a safe, efficient, and positive workplace

What We’re Looking For:

• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Someone who enjoys staying active and working independently
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable operating equipment and learning new systems
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Previous warehouse, shipping, or delivery experience is helpful, but not required

Physical Requirements

This is an active position that requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the day. Candidates should be able to occasionally lift up to 65 pounds and consistently lift up to 25 pounds.
