This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy and follow-through, and is comfortable balancing multiple priorities. From coordinating office operations and supporting employees to maintaining records, troubleshooting technology, and assisting with payroll and accounting processes, you'll play an important role in keeping our organization moving forward.

  • Maintaining organized and confidential electronic and physical records
  • Managing databases, spreadsheets, tracking systems, and reports
  • Serving as a welcoming and professional point of contact for employees, families, visitors, providers, vendors, and community partners
  • Preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, forms, presentations, and other documents
  • Supporting shared calendars, email accounts, virtual meetings, and electronic communication systems
  • Providing basic troubleshooting and coordination for computers, printers, phones, conference-room technology, and other office equipment
  • Assisting with payroll documentation, petty cash, invoices, reimbursements, receipts, purchasing, and other financial administrative tasks
  • Coordinating administrative aspects of employee onboarding, transfers, background checks, and separations
  • Coordinating office, vehicle, equipment, maintenance, and vendor needs
  • Maintaining inventory and purchasing office supplies and authorized equipment
  • Developing templates, checklists, electronic forms, and tracking tools that make administrative processes more efficient
  • Helping implement new technology, automation, and productivity tools
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve how the office operates

Who We're Looking For:

You'll be a great fit if you're someone who:

  • Is highly organized and able to manage competing priorities
  • Pays close attention to details and takes pride in accurate work
  • Communicates professionally and enjoys helping others
  • Takes initiative and is comfortable solving routine problems independently
  • Can handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Is comfortable learning and using new technology
  • Enjoys improving systems, processes, and workflows
  • Is dependable, responsive, adaptable, and willing to pitch in where needed
  • Works well independently while also collaborating with employees across different areas of an organization

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of business office supervision or management experience
  • Ability to type at least 45 words per minute with an acceptable error rate
  • Computer skills and working knowledge of office programs and equipment
  • Ability to successfully complete required criminal history background screening
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English proficiently
