Are you a licensed cosmetologist with leadership experience who loves developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and creating a positive team culture?

Drybar is looking for a hands-on Salon Manager to lead one of our Washington DC, Virginia or Maryland locations. This is a working leadership role, meaning you'll coach and develop your team while stepping behind the chair when needed to support the business and deliver the exceptional service our guests expect.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of Stylists and Bartenders
• Create an engaging, high-performing team culture
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience every day
• Support the team behind the chair during busy periods
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and shop performance
• Drive retail sales, memberships, and operational excellence

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

• Active Cosmetology License
• Leadership experience in a salon or other service-based environment
• Strong blowout and styling skills
• Passion for coaching and developing others
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 – $60,000, thoughtfully aligned with your experience and expertise, plus the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus tied to salon success and key business metrics.
