You will report directly to our Director of Engineering Program Management, and you’ll work out of our Northford, CT location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering operations, driving improvements in project execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage multiple engineering projects and activities from initiation to closure
- Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables
- Interaction with Global Engineering teams to align on best practices
- Support End-of Life component process, Customer Fix priorities, Factory support initiatives and other activities to sustain the Global Fire portfolio
- Prepare and present Sustaining Engineering summaries for leadership reviews
- Act as focal for all incoming support requests in the assigned region
