This role supports front-end operations by facilitating communication with clinicians and helping maintain an organized, inviting waiting area.  a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Volunteers will receive a list of available time slots and may sign up based on their availability. Scheduling will prioritize less busy hours to ensure a manageable and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and families promptly and warmly as they arrive. Notify the appropriate clinician of each client’s arrival. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming waiting area by straightening chairs, toys, and reading materials. Assist with light cleaning tasks, such as wiping down toys and shared items.
