As a Senior Tech Writer here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage a team of technical writers to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation. You will report directly to Engineering Manager and work on-site out of our Northfield, CT location following a hybrid schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday through -Friday.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of high quality technical documentation for complex products and systems
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content
  • Research, analyze, and interpret technical information to create clear and concise documentation
  • Develop and implement documentation standards, processes, and best practices
  • Review and edit technical documents for clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical writers
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technical writing tools and methodologies
