About the Role:
We have a current opening for a Sanitation Team Lead - 2nd Shift and are actively reviewing applications.Â

Sanitation Lead assists the sanitation supervisor to ensure the plant Sanitation and Housekeeping standards are maintained. This position must ensure paperwork is completed, safety, sanitation and quality standards maintained, and SOPPs are enforced. Tasks include environmental cleaning (trash collection and removal, facilities cleaning, etc), washroom cleaning activities, equipment cleaning support on the production lines. This position is responsible for food safety & quality of product for FMCB.Â
Shift hours are 2:30pm-11pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend overtime may be mandatory during peak season.Â
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct and assist sanitation personnel in performing all duties in accordance with company SOPPs, SSOPs, cGMPs, and guidelines listed in the company handbook.
- Expected to work safely, and efficiently and ensuring proper quality standards are maintained
- Track supply usage and order as necessary, or notify manager.
- Complete all jobs in any area as assigned by supervisors/manager.
- Work overtime as assigned by supervisor/manager.
- Participate in on-going training to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Monitor compliance of environmental regulations and provide guidance with compliance of regulatory audits.
- Provide guidance of sanitary design of equipment, facility & grounds
